　　用你的灵通卡或者牡丹卡注册一个网上银行

　　可以即时开通网上支付功能

　　如果去银行申请反而要等24小时

　　我的昨天上午在清华工行开通的，结果到现在还没有通超级FT

　　没办法借了一个同学的灵通卡，先在网上注册

　　又跑银行把我的钱转到她的卡里面

　　再跑回来网上交费

　　现在就OK了，呼呼，好累

　　没去工行交费的同学就不要去了
